Deep Tissue / Myofacial Release
When muscles stress, lesions can occur in the facia(connecting tissue), causing the muscles to stay contracted.
Myofacial release is a form of deep tissue therapy in which the adhesions are broken up and the muscles return to their released state. This work is usually done in the neck, shoulder and back regions.

Chair massage is done over clothing and is excellent for clients who are more comfortable sitting upright. Sessions usually consist of working the neck, shoulder and back region.
The price for this technique is $1.00 per minute.
Japanese Hot Stone massage is based upon Anma, the oldest form of East Asian massage. It was discovered that massaging with heated stones was an effective and efficient way to heal and reduce muscle tension
The price for this technique is $85.00 per session.
