The Crystal Barn takes your privacy seriously.  We will not trade, share or sell your private information to any other entity, person or business.

It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received.

Shipping Rates:

All shipping will be done by the United States Postal Service  The cost of this service is $3.95 in the Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii are $10.00. PLease note there is a $10.00 minimum order requirement

At this time we do not ship International orders. 

Payment:

We accept payment only through Pay Pal. Pay Pal is a secure site used by buyers and sellers all over the world.  They accept credit cards and echecks.  No products will be shipped until payment has been received by The Crystal Barn

Unavailable Products:

Unfortunately there are times that we are out of the products that you have ordered.  You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been received and give you the option of ordering something else, waiting for the product to come in or refund your money.

Return Policy: Internet Orders Only

All unopened packages may be returned for a full refund within three days of delivery.  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned in accordance with the policy of the manufacturer and/or The Crystal Barn.  Please email us with any questions.

Tarot Cards that have been opened may not be returned. Books must be in unread condition.

Return Policy: Store Policy

Returns only allowed as follows:

˘ All returns must be made within 5 days.

˘ All returns must have original receipt.

˘ Return items must be in original package.

˘ Jewelry returns accepted for size change only.

˘ No returns allowed on earrings.

˘ Clothing must have price tag attached.  Clothing cannot appear dirty as if worn or washed.

˘ No returns allowed on opened books, music, DVD’s, videos, Tarot Cards, and kits.

˘ No returns on sale items.

Credit Card returns will be credited back to card.

All other returns will be issued store credit.

By accepting delivery of the products described on the order the customer agrees to be bound by and accepts the terms and conditions stated above.. The Crystal Barn reserves the right to change these terms and condition without prior written notice at any time.  All orders that have been shipped will be covered under the terms applicable at the time of their shipment.
